How can I become a brand Ambassador/Model ?
Simple, DM us on IG/Twitter and we'll see if your style fits our brand philosophy.
Can I Return/Exchange a Piece?
Our exchange policy is not a smooth as we would like it to be at this moment however, there is one present. If you have the piece that you would like a return and the tag is still attached please send us an email with the picture of the said piece and we'll get back to you ASAP. You will still have to cover the entire return shipping cost.
Exchanges work the same way except we'll send you another piece free of charge. No need for you to cover the shipping.
How long Does it take for you guys to ship out my order?
Every order that we receive is shipped out on Fridays. It should take about two to five weeks to receive your order depending on the day you placed it. We here at Seasons are working hard to make this experience as seamless as possible so please bear with us.
