Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn* and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
    * Unworn means the item has not been worn outside or used beyond trying it on for fit. Trying an item on indoors does not count as worn.

How to start a return

To request a return, please email info@hausseasons.com.

When contacting us, include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item you wish to return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on where and how to send your item


Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and include photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending anything back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original.

Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn* and unused
  • In original packaging with tags
  • Returned with proof of purchase

* Trying items on indoors does not count as worn.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing takes up to 10 business days
  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund
